EARLY ARRIVALS
Please try to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow you to give yourself time to fill out our health questionnaire, change and relax in our client lounge.

LATE ARRIVALS
A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time, as your appointment will end on the time to respect the next scheduled guest.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Sanctuary Day Spa will ask for a credit card or gift card number to hold your appointment. As a courtesy to our guests we give a confirmation call the day before your scheduled appointment. If you can’t make the scheduled appointment and fail to provide us with that information YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE TOTAL.

CHILDREN
Unfortunately our spa cannot accommodate children under 12, please consider our other guests respectfully.

RESTRICTIONS
Please notify the receptionist of any physical conditions, disabilities and/ or allergies when making your appointment. During your first visit you will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire.

PREGNANCY
Deep tissue treatments involving heat are not recommended for pregnant women. However mothers-to-be can enjoy our pregnancy massage and all other services and treatments!

ATTIRE
Plush robes, spa slippers and other wonderful amenities are provided for your comfort and convenience.

PRIVACY
Here at Sanctuary, our highly trained professionals will discreetly drape you to respect your privacy and comfort at all times.

CELL PHONES AND ALL OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES
To respect the atmosphere and our other guests we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off prior to entering the sanctuary.

HYDRATION
It is important that you stay hydrated following your spa treatments, Sanctuary offers complimentary bottles of water following your spa experience.

LOST ITEMS
SANCTUARY DAY SPA CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISSING ITEMS.

GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SANCTUARY DAY SPA Gift Certificates can be redeemed for goods and services ONLY and must be presented at the time of redemption.

PLEASE NOTE: Sanctuary Day Spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy on appointments.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF THE FULL COST OF THE APPOINTMENT AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE GIFT CERTIFICATE AND/OR CREDIT CARD HOLDING THE APPOINTMENT. Any changes in your appointment might result in additional charges. As a Law in thee state of Nebraska, Gift Cards have no expiration date. However Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced.

REFUNDS
SANCTUARY DAY SPA MAINTAINS A NO CASH REFUND POLICY.
